How Maine Coon cats are different than other cats

Maine Coons are bigger than average domestic cats sometimes reaching a weight of 9 pounds for a female and 14 pounds for a male. They also are longer too, sometimes reaching over 40 inches from nose to tail! This breed can get even larger with some weighing in at over 18 pounds, that’s a lot of kitty to love! Check out Stewie at 48 inches, he’s huge!  How big is your Maine Coon? Share a photo here with me! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-W85kqAaJk

Sadly he has passed away but please visit his web site and read his story.
